  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required

  • Certain products (customized items, clearance goods, etc.) may be non-returnable — please check the product page for details

3. Return Shipping

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless due to our error)
